Who is eligible for the INF Elite Network Plan?Any Non-US Citizen can apply for the INF Elite Network Plan. This includes Green Card holders, H-1B Visa Holders, Permanent Residents, Students on F1 / F1 Visas, and those on OTP. This plan works for all age groups, from age 0 to age 99+. The INF Elite Network Plan can be used for travel to the United States or Canada.
Why should I purchase the INF Elite Network Plan?The INF Elite Network Plan is INF's flagship comprehensive pre-existing visitors insurance product. This is the ONLY visitors insurance which fully covers ALL Pre-Existing Conditions. The Elite Network Plan Plan does not have exclusions like other visitors insurance plans which allow the insurance to reject every claim. The Elite Network Plan will cover ANY In-Patient Hospitalization, ANY Out-Patient doctors visit / specialist care visit related to ANY Pre-Existing condition. This is by far the best visitors insurance product offered on the market. The Elite Network Plan has a 100% claims payment record - meaning it has paid 100% of ALL eligible claims during the plans entire history.
Who underwrites the Elite Network Plan?CHUBB American Insurance Company based out of Philadelphia, PA is the underwriter for this plan. INF only uses America Underwriters to protect policy holders. INF policies regulated by the State Insurance authority. ALL other Visitors Insurance Plans are underwritten by foreign companies, meaning they are not regulated. This means policy holders do not have ANY recourse for unpaid claims.
Are the Elite Network Plan's Premiums Pro-Rated?Yes. For example, if you apply for 1 month and 5 days - that is the exact amount you pay for. No more, no less. Rates are based on a 30 day calendar and are prorated on that basis.
Can I renew the Elite Network Plan?You are able to renew the Elite Network Plan for any amount of time after the initial coverage period. We send email, text, and phone call reminders to you 1 week & 1 day before the policy expiration.
Will this plan cover pre-existing conditions?The Elite Network plan will cover ANY Pre-Existing Condition. This means you & your visitor are fully covered for every doctors visit, specialist visit, emergency room, or hospitalization. Travel with confidence knowing that INF Elite Network Plan will cover you no matter what happens. With a 100% Claims payment rate, you get the peace of mind you need with the coverage you want.
Can I cancel this plan?You are able to cancel this plan for a full refund (minus a $25 cancellation fee) before the start date of the coverage. Cancellation forms must be completed in writing and faxed to INF at 408-520-4967. Application fees ($5) are non-refundable. After the policy start date, the premium is fully earned and therefore impossible to refund.

Will the INF Elite Network Plan cover Travel?The Elite Network Plan covers travel through any stop over. Whether you are transiting through Dubai, London, or Hong Kong, you will have coverage throughout your journey. Travel with confidence, only provided by the INF Elite Network Plan.
Will this plan work in my area?Yes. The Elite Network Plan works in all 50 states and Canada. All INF Plans work in all 50 states. There is no need to worry when you are traveling with an INF Plan.
What's the minimum enrollment for the Elite Network Plan?The minimum enrollment period for this plan is 30 days. The maximum enrollment period is 1 year from the first date of enrollment.

Where can I use this Plan?The Elite Network Plan uses the First Health PPO Network. This is one of the largest PPO networks in the nation member health care providers in every locality. This PPO Network contracts with the Insurance company to provide pre-negotiated, discounted medical rates to insured individuals. Moreover, insureds can take advantage of cashless claims. No longer will you need to pay hospital bills upfront & then submit claims forms, waiting sometimes months for reimbursement. Instead, the health care provider will bill the insurance directly, meaning your out of pocket expense is limited to your deductible.
Who do I reach to out about claims questions?Anytime you visit a health care provider, even if you do not pay, we strongly suggest you fill out a claim form so the insurance company has a record of your visit to the health care provider & will be able to pay your claim in a timely manner.
